This summer Vidhi, kids and I drove down to spend a week camping at Assateague State Park in Maryland. A week later we spent a week in Rodanthe, NC on the Outter Banks. Camping on the beach was fantastic! Here are some random photos from that trip:

Mack’s apple in Londonderry put on a bonfire for the Warm Homes benefit. This was a foggy night and the air was full of mist. The bonfire heap was about 20 feet wide, 15 feet deep and 15 feet high. The fire eventually reached about 30 feet.
We had a few of Aakash and Ajay’s friends join them for halloween trick-or-treating. Batman, Superman, Storm trooper, Spider-man, the princesses, the cheerleader, the skeleton and the joker had a great time. Lots of candy. Couldn’t help it… I had to sneak in a few myself.
Pumkins… Halloween… then it must be time for Keene’s pumpkin festival. This year the festival beat its own 2003 Guinness record of 28,952 with this an official count of 29,762 pumpkins.
